Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
1.PROCESSING TIME - All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
4. SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES - We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS - Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. DAMAGES - INFINITY SLIMES is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
